Ryan has been with Cafourek Insurance Agency since 1997, beginning his career as a part-time processor. By 1998, he advanced to a part-time licensed agent, and in 2000, he decided to pursue insurance full-time, finding it more exciting than anything else. Ryan’s favorite part about working at Cafourek Insurance Agency is the people. He considers his team like family, minus the awkward holiday dinners, and he genuinely enjoys working with clients who make his job fulfilling—along with a good cup of coffee. Ryan is a critical thinker who enjoys self-deprecating jokes and gentle pranks—because who better to protect your assets than someone who overthinks everything and still finds time to hide your coffee mug?
Tiffany has spent the last 30 years learning the insurance business from every angle-starting with a filing cabinet in 1996 and evolving into her current role as Agency Manager. Since getting licensed in 1997, her mission has been to provide the kind of service you can only find in a tight-knit, small-town agency. She holds licenses in Property, Casualty, and Life, but her favorite part of the job is educating her clients so they can make decisions with total confidence. She is proud to be part of a small, tight-knit team that treats our community like family. She is a firm believer in straight talk, clear policies, and a strict no-peanut-butter policy for her own snacks.
Terin is a dedicated Customer Service Representative and Agent specializing in Commercial Lines, Life, Annuities, and Long-Term Care at Cafourek Insurance Agency. With 23 years of experience in the industry and 18 years at Cafourek, Terin excels in helping clients find the coverage they need. She values the supportive team environment at the office and enjoys its great location, which allows her to take relaxing walks by the lake during breaks. Outside of work, Terin loves traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her children.
Shelly is a Customer Service Representative and Agent with 8 ½ years of experience in the insurance industry. Shelly also enjoys working with her dedicated team members. Something very special about Shelly is that she generously donated a kidney to her father. Connie brings 35 years of customer service expertise to the table and has been a dedicated Personal Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry since 2020. She loves working at Cafourek Insurance Agency because it gives her the chance to connect with both customers and co-workers—two things she’s passionate about. Outside of work, Connie is the go-to family vacation planner, known for her knack for crafting memorable and fun-filled trips that everyone will cherish.

Bethany started her journey as a personal insurance agent in 2006, eventually transitioning into the world of commercial insurance. When she’s not busy helping clients, Bethany is likely crafting something with crochet hooks, tending to her garden, or preserving the season’s bounty through canning. Jeff brings 41 years of experience as an Accountant and HR professional to the table, including 23 years of service in the Army, where he honed his skills across various locations around the globe. At Cafourek Insurance Agency, Jeff's mission is to keep our finances in top shape and in line with IRS code—because nothing says peace of mind like a perfectly balanced ledger. With his extensive background and unwavering dedication, Jeff is the financial backbone of the team.
Lynda is a part-time assistant to the Health Plan Agent at Cafourek Insurance Agency, a role she has embraced since 2023.
